Vladimir Shmatkov

Vladimir has 18 years of experience in management positions in the telecommunications industry, e-commerce, industrial production, and wholesale-retail trade. As the CEO of Sales Partners, Vladimir oversees the company's development strategy, commercial issues, sales and marketing. Prior to joining the Sales Partners, Vladimir worked as Head of Department for Development of operator products and services "MegaFon-Moscow" (in the period of work in the statement, in his area of ​​responsibility included the innovative projects and new services), Regional Development Manager corporation Delta Energy Systems in Russia and CIS countries. For a long time, Vladimir held a number of key positions in leading Russian and multinational companies, including: Nokia Networks, CBOSS and others.

Vyacheslav Pogoreltsev

Vyacheslav is highly skilled, value-driven CTO with working experience around the globe including US and various countries in Europe. He held various positions including Head of Service Department where he oversaw technical support, solution delivery and overall IT. As Senior Technical Architect in Nokia/Nokia Siemens he led the development of clustered high capacity systems for Telecommunication operators. Another big project was engineering of company automation system to support clinical research.
Vyacheslav graduated from the Lomonosov Moscow State University, Department of Mechanics and Mathematics, Moscow, Russia and holds Master of Science degree in Applied Mathematics and Theoretical Mathematics.
